KaseMe asked Novatize to supply them with the right systems and tools for international growth. The mandate consists mainly of creating solid eCommerce and digital marketing bases to support this growth.
Uphold the customer experience internationally
Previously, online shopping on the KaseMe Design website was only accessible to Canadian shoppers. With the objective of offering customers worldwide the opportunity of dressing up their electronic devices with products from a Quebec company, Novatize migrated the KaseMe website from Shopify to Shopify Plus. Functionalities for multi-currency and tax management, transport and shipping fees, and compliancy of cross-border e-commerce regulation were all thought out and implemented by the Novatize team.
One of KaseMe’s competitive advantages: offering a wide range of customizable products, yields numerous product versions that have to be managed – from selecting to ordering to production. As the goal is to offer customers a wide range of choice without burdening the shopping experience, Novatize developed a customized functionality to overcome the constraints of Shopify Plus.
