Innovation, elegance and operational efficiency
Fondussimo wanted to consolidate its technological ecosystem, to ensure greater sustainability and flexibility in the creation and updating of content. The main objective of the mandate was to establish a solid foundation with Shopify Plus, while connecting the website to Happy Colis (a Third-Party Logistics service) to enable the Fondussimo team to outsource operational logistics from warehousing to delivery.
Novatize was also asked to revise the website’s visual identity. With an art direction focused on the innovation and elegance of Fondussimo products, the new design highlights the new product range while standardizing the various visual contents of the website.
Approach
Close collaboration and agile methodology
To ensure success in line with growth objectives in the United States and Europe, Novatize and Fondussimo have joined forces to migrate the eCommerce platform from WooCommerce to Shopify. In an agile, multi-phase approach, the first iteration aims to establish a solid foundation connected to Fondussimo’s various internal systems.

All-new eCommerce platform ready just in time for Cyber Weekend
Because of a good organization and planning, the eCommerce site was able to be launched in good conditions, so that it would be online ahead of Black Friday. The new website is accompanied by improved customer service, thanks to the integration of Gorgias, an all-in-one tool for managing and personalizing communications with customers. With its revised look, Novatize has created a sober, elegant interface to put products front and center. In particular, by creating a video for the header of the home page, to promote and enhance the new Evolution fondue set.
