Botanix offers a complete range of products and services for gardening enthusiasts, including workshops and conferences, soil analysis, plant protection and landscape design. In some branches, the company offers maintenance services, tree trimming, home delivery, tool rental and snow removal. Some branches also offer a florist service and “Christmas space” to add special touches for various occasions. Botanix is renowned for its quality products and services. The Botanix product catalog is available online, as well as through a network of affiliated retailers.
Botanix’s main objective with Novatize was to transform a non-transactional site into a true product catalog exploration tool, while showcasing the expertise of Botanix banner members. For the redesign, Shopify was our team’s first choice for its reliability and scalability.
Our specialists began the project with a strategic discovery to position the company against the competition, including an analysis of user needs. Next, we optimized site navigation by offering quick access to articles via the home page, main menu and footer, making it easy for users to find what they were looking for. Secondly, we modernized the eCommerce’s overall structure and graphic style, with the aim of attracting a greater number of visitors, improving retention rates and encouraging catalog exploration. In addition, we enriched the product sheets by adding relevant information, not only to optimize SEO, but also to establish the site as an online reference. We also implemented a circular section to allow customers to easily consult the latest promotions, encouraging them to visit the store. Finally, we added a dynamic page to enable customers to find the nearest merchants and make the user experience more fluid.
The eCommerce redesign was an essential step in reinforcing Botanix’s position as a leader in their industry. With these enhancements, Botanix can not only offer an enriched and intuitive user experience, but also solidify their expertise and increase their proximity to their customers.
