Ensure efficient collaboration and fast execution
Our team’s mandate was to help DeSerres’ team in the implementation of its brand on marketplaces. We took care of the creation of the product sheets as well as the advertising strategy on Amazon. The mandate also consisted in supporting DeSerres to ensure autonomy of management on this new channel with personalized training.
Objective
To have active listings for a crucial period
DeSerres’ goal was to have a selection of nearly 20 products for the holiday season on Amazon, in Prime mode. With a tight deadline, our team and DeSerres’ team worked together on creating text content and designing the visuals. We also organized training sessions to ensure that the shipments were compliant with the FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) standards of the platform.

Thanks to the hard work and collaboration of our two teams, the products went live in mid-December. In less than two weeks, DeSerres had 18 products listed, including 6 in the Hot New Releases and a conversion rate of 3.8%.
