The mandate was to unify the brand’s two existing websites, a corporate showcase and an eCommerce storefront, into a single Shopify platform. This consolidation aimed to simplify technical maintenance, reduce third-party dependency, and deliver an elevated online experience that aligns with customer expectations. A tailored training program also enabled eCommerce managers to take full ownership of the platform.
The goal was to launch a scalable Shopify site as a solid foundation for future eCommerce operations. This redesign supports online sales growth, strengthens brand image, highlights the company’s distinctive cheese products, and encourages in-store purchases at major retailers like grocery chains and Costco. It also provides an intuitive content management system (CMS) to empower the Fromagerie Bergeron team with greater autonomy in making site updates.
