Participation rules
Official Contest Rules – Win Your Ticket to NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show!
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates and immediate family members of Novatize or Shopify are not eligible to participate. Only retailers are eligible.
2. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from November 24, 2025 until December 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET). No entries will be accepted after this date.
3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Complete the official entry form on the contest landing page to be eligible.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- A full-access ticket to NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show, taking place January 11–13, 2026 in New York City valued at $2,300 USD
- An accommodation allowance valued at $2,000 USD
Please note: The winner will be responsible for booking and managing their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Novatize will provide the funds via reimbursement or direct payment as agreed.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random in a drawing held on December 15, 2025. The selected entrant will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days (no later than December 17, 2025), another entry may be drawn.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Novatize reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
Novatize and Shopify are not responsible for technical issues, travel interruptions or any expenses beyond the stated prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show is sold out or no longer accepting new retailer registrations at the time of prize redemption, Novatize reserves the right to cancel the prize without further compensation. Novatize and Shopify will not be held liable for the unavailability of the event or its tickets.
