How to Add Your Business to Apple Business Connect?
1. Access the Platform
Go to businessconnect.apple.com, click Get Started, and sign in with your Apple ID or a Managed Apple Account.
2. Create Your Business Profile
Select Business/Organization as your entity type;
Enter your legal business name, address, phone number, and website;
You can also link your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok business page as a reference.
3. Verify Your Business
To confirm your identity, Apple will request your business number and an official document showing your business name and address. This step may take a few days to complete.
4. Add Your Brands
In the sidebar, select Brands, then click Add a Brand;
Enter your brand name, select your country or region, and choose your primary category;
Add your website and upload your brand logo;
You can manage one or multiple brands based on your needs.
5. Manage Your Physical Locations
Select Locations in the sidebar to add or claim your physical stores;
You’ll be able to set the exact address, business hours, and highlight promotions through featured elements;
You’ll also gain access to location analytics, with visual dashboards and downloadable reports helping you understand how customers find your business and what actions they take;
Insights include searches, views, and engagement with your brand and location in Apple Maps.
6. Customize Your Emails
Go to Branded Email in the sidebar;
Add your email domain or address;
Copy the provided TXT record and share it with your IT or DNS administrator for configuration;
Once the record is added, click Verify;
Your brand logo will then appear in Apple Mail, enhancing visibility and trust.
7. Set Up Tap to Pay on iPhone
In the Tap to Pay tab, customize the icon and display name shown during contactless payments accepted directly on iPhone.
