As this was Pelletier’s first experience in eCommerce, we had to take the time to fully understand their customer base, their internal operations and their business objectives. We therefore began this mandate with a portion of market research, focus groups and interviews with members of the team of consultants who work with the tools and customers on a daily basis. The result is an experience that truly responds to customer needs, and simplifies the team’s work by effectively managing complex products, delivery issues and personalized shopping habits.
