A Successful Migration to Shopify 2.0
Projects/Launching a new brand on Shopify with an agile, scalable approach
Taco is a brand-new line of children’s bags developed by the Lambert team. To support its summer launch, the brand needed a professional Shopify eCommerce site aligned with its visual identity and delivered within a short timeframe. The project had to meet a specific budget while ensuring an execution quality in line with Lambert’s high standards. Novatize was brought in to support the digital go-to-market strategy, maximizing Shopify’s native capabilities through an agile, structured, and low-code approach. Backed by Lambert’s expertise, Taco focuses on practical, colorful products designed for modern families. The online store serves as a strategic channel to quickly test market interest and build brand awareness.

Taco
Novatize supported Taco in creating its eCommerce platform, starting with a strategic selection of Shopify themes to optimize the initial investment. The team then configured the environment, integrated the branding, products, and content, while ensuring the site’s technical performance (SEO, analytics, responsiveness, speed). The implemented solution enabled Taco to start selling from day one while maintaining full flexibility to evolve the site as the brand grows.
The project’s main objectives were to deliver a functional Shopify store true to the brand’s identity and ready for a marketing launch in June. It also aimed to offer a smooth user experience across all devices, implement SEO and analytics best practices from the start, and allow for future iterations without needing to rebuild from scratch.
By leveraging a feature-rich and carefully selected Shopify theme, Novatize delivered a complete eCommerce platform aligned with Taco’s ambitions. Deliverables included full brand integration into the Shopify theme, configuration of key pages such as product pages, collections, cart, and checkout, as well as content and visual integration provided by the Taco team. GA4 tracking was activated to monitor performance from the very first visitors, and SEO best practices were applied at launch. The platform is now ready to support the next phases of growth thanks to its scalable architecture, enabling Taco to remain agile and autonomous while building on its successful launch.
